Makes 40 gallons every 2-2 ½ days (easily upgradeable later by adding additional 40 gallon expansion tanks)

Our model 401-b processor is a 55 Gallon, Medium Density Industrial grade, Polyethylene cone bottomed Processor which makes 40 gallons of BioDiesel at a time.

With this processor you can completely finish a 40 gallon batch of biodiesel, (completely mist, bubble washed & dried) in 2 - 2½ days on your days off. (slightly longer if you are working during this time). Total hands on operator time is less than 2 hours (average). Most of the operations require only 5-10 minutes to complete and the machine does the rest. Click HERE for a sample timeline of how this process works.

YES, there are other processors which will make biodiesel in less time...by taking shortcuts. But taking shortcuts results in lower quality fuel. We DONT take shortcuts.

This processor is ready to start making biodiesel right away. Just plug it in, hook up about 3 hoses (2 vent hoses, 1 to connect the 2 tanks) and it's ready. You'll also need to hookup your water heating element in a 55 gallon barrel as per our instructions, but that only takes about 30 minutes including the wiring.
