While we can take orders for kits or processors by phone, ordering online is safe, secure & easy.  And you DON'T have to have a Paypal account to buy online.  Ordering online is probably more secure than ordering by phone as the online order system is encrypted.

Due to extremely heavy call volume, if you have questions about your shipping status, order status or need technical support, we request that you first please contact us by email.  A customer support representative will then answer your question by email, or will call you if needed.  This will be faster for you than calling as we are receiving a very heavy volume of calls, but can return emails much quicker.

If you purchased from a dealer, please contact the dealer directly for technical support.  Please do not call dealers to inquire about an order unless you have purchased from them.
