1 Year Processor Warranty |
| All of our ready to run biodiesel processors come with a limited 12 Month Warranty. This warranty covers all materials and workmanship. Workmanship Warranty does not apply to DIY Kits. The warranty applies to all parts including the pump, timers, valves, tanks, etc. The warranty does not cover the normal wear & tear or clogging of the fuel filter, hoses, minor leaks, the heating element (unless doa when you get it) or damage caused by the customer. If any item is found to be defective during the warranty period, return it to us for a replacement of the item. Note, you must request an RA number (return authorization number) BEFORE returning the item. If the problem is due to workmanship we will work with you to fix the problem in the best manner possible. This may entail telling you how to do the repairs yourself since we can't have repair techs all over the country. But we promise to resolve any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that after selling many processors we have only had a few very minor problems & they were resolved very quickly and easily. We build the highest quality processor we can & we want our customers to be happy. So feel free to contact us with any concerns. Warranty & customer support will be VOID if modifications are made to the processor by the customer without the consent of Summit Enterprises LLC. This includes but is not limited to the addition of extra tanks, pumps hoses etc or the re-configuring of the system in any way using parts not supplied or approved by us.
