Office Manager -
Job Description- This is a full time office position with
an exciting, fast growing, alternative fuel equipment manufacturing
company. If you are looking for a position with an
environmentally based company with a bright future, this may be the
position you are looking for. We have experienced a 300%
growth increase in 2008 alone and plan to continue that growth with
a staff of motivated, ambitious employees. The owner is the
author of a book titled 'Do it yourself guide to biodiesel' which
has garnered a lot of interest in our products and company.
The position involves the following:

Customer support - This will be done primarily by answering and routing phone calls
using our virtual PBX system (done by computer) & by email.
Many calls will be routed to an appropriate dealer in another
state as we further expand our dealer network. Others will
be handled by you, or one of our in house staff. Will also
involve handling emails in the same manner. Will require
you to educate yourself thoroughly on our products and
procedures to be able to handle as many questions as possible
yourself.

Order processing - You will
receive orders via email and by phone which you will process
accordingly. You will also monitor the status of the
orders to ensure they are being sent out on time.

Shipping - You will handle
preparing shipping documents through our UPS Worldship program
and also through our online Motor Freight shipping program.

Inventory - If time allows,
you would handle our inventory ordering and receiving. The
warehouse staff will take the inventory and notify you when it
needs ordered, and they will receive the same and notify you
when it has been received and what is missing. You would
primarily order the parts and follow up on missing or
backordered items. You may receive assistance with this
from another person currently on staff as needed.

General office duties - This
would be normal tasks such as printing of our user guides,
filing, errands, etc.

Ability
to work in a sometimes fast paced environment. We are
pretty casual and try to avoid stress, but with our growth, you
must be able to work well in stressful situations when they
arise.

Excellent
organizational skills and office skills are a must. This
is not a position for someone without experience.

available full time from 8am - 4pm M-F

Outside Sales
This position is being added sometime
in June. Will involve travelling to events to display and sell
our product line of EZBiodiesel processors. Examples of events
we will be attending will include Energy Expos, Farm & ranch shows,
Diesel Drag Race events
(DHRA), Green expos, etc.
Company truck will be provided which
is similar to the one in the photo on the right. Sales rep may
be responsible for helping to line up events to attend, ensuring
adequate supplies are on hand, event planning etc. Will
process orders on the road via the internet.
Will also be responsible for public
speaking engagements along the way at locations such as schools,
etc. Your position also requires you to be a public advocate
of biodiesel in general. Speaking at schools is part of our
general educational and biodiesel advocacy program. These will
be free seminars designed to educate the public about the benefits
of biodiesel and other alternative fuels. You will have
literature to hand out and T-shirts and other promotional material
to hand out or sell. Any leads generated off these speaking
engagements will be sent to you and you will receive normal credit
for any sales arising out of such.
Pay will be commission only with all
travel expenses paid. Substantial income opportunity for the
right person. Work will be busiest during the warmer months
slowing somewhat during the colder months. During the cold
months you will be required to begin setting up the schedule for the
next year, lining up events, etc.
Position requires extensive travel
away from home, often on weekends and some holidays. Owner may
fly in to help at some events if needed.

Business Development
Assistant
With our rapid growth we are now
seeking a Business Development Assistant. Will involve primarily
helping the owner to define our company objectives, how to achieve them,
obtaining the resources and people needed to accomplish the same,
moving the company forward, expanding our product line, media
exposure, advertising opportunities, etc.
Will involve many other areas such as
further refining our sales brochures, videos, ads, etc. Also
may require work on re-designing operating manuals, user guides,
operating videos etc.
May also require time helping in our
R&D department to develop new technologies & implement the same.
This may involve hands on work in the shop as we fabricate
prototypes and work on developing these new technologies. But
will primarily involve brainstorming of ideas on design, operation,
outsourcing of prototypes, etc.
Pay will be dependent on your

Warehouse Operations
assistant
06/02/2008 - Openings not currently
available, but we predict a new opening soon as we continue to
expand our operations.
Involves various aspects of assembling
our biodiesel processors and general warehouse duties. These
may include daily cleanup, inventory, shipping and receiving, etc.
Requires ability to stand for long periods, good health & basic
mechanical aptitude. Will rotate through various positions
often assembling 5-6 different sections repeatedly throughout the
day. Other days will focus more on shipping, receiving,
inventory control, etc.
Forklift experience helpful.

General employment Notes:
1st 60 days of employment is a
probationary period of evaluation. Once that period is over
your pay will be increased and a bonus will be paid for successfully
completing the probationary period. Starting pay is to be
determined based on your skill level.
We can accommodate normal time off for
special circumstances, vacations and an occasional errand, etc.
Vacation time off is limited to 2 weeks a year.
