Biodiesel Processor & Kit Purchase Terms

You must agree to these terms in order to purchase one of our processors or Kits.  If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to purchase one of our processors or kits.  If payment is received via phone or mail, it will be automatically inferred that you have agreed to these terms

As the purchaser of an EZBiodiesel Biodiesel processor Kit, I agree to the following terms:

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION (if purchasing a DIY Kit)

• You will only use the information included to build a processor for your own use & will not loan, gift, give or distribute the instructions or information on how to build this processor.

• You will only build ONE processor using the enclosed information or you will purchase another Kit, at a reduced price, if I should desire to build another one.

• You will not use the information in this kit to 'instruct or educate' others on the procedures required to build this processor

• You will not copy, email or otherwise distribute the information in the book or papers in this kit via any means including electronically, mechanically or otherwise

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION (if purchasing a ready built processor)

• You will not 'reverse engineer' the design of the processor, nor will you allow anyone else to do so.

• You will not copy the design of our processors in any way to build a similar processor

• You will not distribute the design of our processor electronically, mechanically or otherwise

• You understand that making biodiesel has some inherent dangers involved since you will be using potentially dangerous chemicals such as Methanol & a strong base such as Lye or Potassium Hydroxide.  You therefore accept this potential danger and agree to take all normal safety measures required to protect yourself & your property from any such dangers.

• You also understand that the process of making biodiesel requires you to wear full safety gear at all times when working with any of these chemicals.  This includes long sleeve pants and shirts, fully enclosed shoes & socks, face or eye protections, air fed respirator, lab coat or apron, and gloves with cuffs secured tightly.

• You understand that only a Fresh air supplied respirator, that has air being pumped in from outside the work area, can protect you from all methanol fumes.  Other respirators provide no protection.  Otherwise you must avoid breathing methanol fumes when looking into tanks, etc, as excessive exposure can be dangerous.

• You understand that periodic maintenance is required on this equipment and will be performed by you, the purchaser.  Maintenance will be fairly simple items like hose replacements, tightening of leaking fittings, periodic replacement of heating elements, hoses etc.

• You are aware that the parts on our smaller processors are not rated as explosion proof as this would cost double, or more,  the current price.  (Models 375 and larger are built with ALL Explosion Proof components).  We build our processors to be as safe as possible using air powered pumps for the methanol or Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled pumps for the biodiesel.  These are VERY safe pumps, but are simply not 'technically' explosion proof.   But we believe in total honesty and therefore are disclosing to you the consumer, that these processors are not rated as explosion proof.  But in all honesty, neither are our cars, lawnmowers, etc.  And they all pose similar risks of fire when parked in our garages.  Using outlined and common safety is required with anything that uses flammable liquids and you agree to accept that risk with this equipment.

• You agree to study all enclosed information pertaining to the equipment or the process of making biodiesel to include safety instructions, operating instructions and the overall process of making biodiesel before attempting to make biodiesel.

• The EZ Biodiesel processors will make a high quality fuel when used as directed.  Therefore you agree to be responsible for the final fuel quality and release Summit Enterprises LLC from responsibility for any damage to a vehicle caused by low quality fuel resulting from errors on your part.

• You agree to hold the seller, Summit Enterprises LLC harmless for any injuries or damage to yourself or your vehicles or equipment resulting from the disregard of any safety instructions or precautions, or as a result of any actions on your part.

• You understand that some engine warranties may not cover the use of B100 in your engine and you agree to accept full responsibility for using blends higher than recommended by your manufacturer.

Refunds or order Cancellations-

All orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund.  Orders cancelled later than 24 hours from purchase time will be subject to a 20% Restocking fee.  Once an item has shipped, any returns will be subject to the full 20% restocking fee.  There may be other fees if the order involved custom design, or custom fabrication as these charges are not refundable.  May take up to 30 days to refund the monies via company check.
